Incredible hotel! We stayed here for 5 nights for the New Year’s Eve and to visit Warsaw and we definitely enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location is unbeatable and the Christmas decorations are just perfect. The staff is very professional. Our room was huge with a great shower. And although the hotel is very central, we slept very well, we didn’t hear noises even with the réveillon party going on. The breakfast buffet was excellent: a lot of choices and a tasty and fresh selection of products. Transfer service from and to the airport also top notch. Highly recommended!

For the price paid, this is excellent value. The hotel is stunning, beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff are super friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. Facilities are great, location is excellent. Rooms are very spacious, we were on the top floor and had a great view. A nice little extra is that they did a turn-down service which was brilliant. We'd come back to the room in the day to find it cleaned, and then after coming back in the evening they'd returned and tidied up everything, left out slippers etc - very nice touch.

We've stayed at the Bristol serveral times ( and at other top Warsaw hotels) and now probably won't stay anywhere else on our regular trips there. Although the regular breakfast it too much for us we very much enjoy a simpler breakfast in the charming cafe, with its collection of historic Warsaw photos and really excellent coffee. Order a cappucino just to see the marvelous design created in the foamed milk.

The hotel has a well equiped fitness center as well as a spa with sauna and swimming pool. We enjoyed breakfast in the charming adjacent Bristol Cafe. The hotel does offer a extensive buffet breakfast in another area as well, but the simpler Cafe offering suited our particular needs.

The rooms were amazing. I stayed in a Junior Suite, a Studio Suite, and a Grand Suite. The breakfast was like something I've never seen before for a continental breakfast. It was amazing. Also, the location could not be beat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and my hotel driver was excellent. I even hired him to bring me to Prague for a couple of days!!!
